Dashboard overview
The SALESmanago Dashboard is designed to provide "At-a-glance" intelligence. It is fully customizable, allowing different team members to focus on the metrics that define their success.
Standard Widgets Explained
1. Real-Time Activity Feed
This widget shows a live stream of events. You can filter this to see only "Email Clicks" or "Purchase Events." It is particularly useful for sales teams to identify "Hot Leads" currently browsing the site.
2. The Conversion Funnel
This provides a visual representation of your database health across four stages: * Visitors: Anonymous users. * Leads: Known users who haven't purchased. * Customers: Users with at least one transaction. * Loyal Customers: Users who meet your "Frequency" threshold.
3. Revenue Attribution
This widget calculates how much money was generated directly from SALESmanago campaigns.
Pro Tip: Attribution Models
By default, we use Last Click Attribution, but you can adjust this in the settings to First Click or Linear models.
Customizing Layouts
You can create multiple dashboard views. For example: - CEO View: Revenue, ROI, and high-level growth. - Content View: Email open rates, blog visits, and unsubscribes. - Sales View: Number of new "Sales Ready" leads today.
