The Contact Card is the "Single Source of Truth" for every individual in your database. It consolidates data from your website, emails, mobile app, and physical stores into a single UI.
Profile Architecture
1. The Behavioral Timeline
A scrollable, chronological history of every interaction.
- Green Events: Positive engagement (Opens, Clicks, Purchases).
- Red Events: Negative engagement (Bounces, Opt-outs).
- Grey Events: Neutral system events (Tag added, Workflow started).
2. Digital Body Language
This section analyzes the quality of the visits. It doesn't just show that they visited the site; it shows:
- Average session duration.
- Preferred categories (calculated by the AI).
- Device usage (Mobile vs. Desktop).
3. Machine Learning Insights
Our AI engines process the contact's data to provide:
- Churn Risk: A percentage indicating how likely they are to leave.
- Best Time to Send: The exact hour this specific person is most likely to check their inbox.
- Product Recommendations: A list of items they are statistically likely to buy next.

All data on the Contact Card can be exported via API or CSV for use in external BI tools.
