Workflow Builder

The Workflow Builder is a visual canvas for creating multi-step, logic-based customer journeys. Unlike simple rules, Workflows allow for complex branching and long-term automation.

The Canvas Interface

Workflows are built by connecting three types of nodes:

  1. Triggers (Blue): How a contact enters the workflow.
  2. Conditions (Orange): Decisions that split the path (Yes/No).
  3. Actions (Green): What the system does to the contact.

Timing and Logic

Wait Elements

Control the pace of your journey: * Fixed Delay: Wait 2 days before the next step. * Specific Time: Execute only on Friday at 10:00 AM. * Event Wait: Wait until the contact performs an action.

Logic Gates

  • Alternative Path: If the contact doesn't meet a condition within X time, send them down a secondary recovery path.
  • Flow Termination: Gracefully exit contacts from the workflow once they convert.

Performance Monitoring

Each node shows real-time stats. You can see exactly how many contacts are currently in a Wait element or how many failed a specific Condition.
